At Perceptual Robotics, we understand that unpredictable weather conditions like rainfall can disrupt inspections, especially when raindrops obscure the lens and compromise image quality. That’s why we’ve integrated a pause-and-resume feature for our inspection missions, making it easier than ever to stay on track without sacrificing quality.

If something disrupts the process, like sudden rain, you can pause the mission at any time using our intuitive controller, wait for conditions to improve, and then continue exactly where you left off. Our intelligent system always knows the location each image is taken on the wind turbine.  It’s a simple click of the option “continue mission” and then pressing  play, pause, and stop—just like a video game!

The system is not affected by blade orientation. If an inspection is paused and resumed later, even if the blade has moved, the system will precisely return to the same spot and complete the inspection without requiring a full blade or turbine scan.

This streamlined process ensures you get the best results, even when Mother Nature isn’t cooperating, and provides you with the flexibility to adjust missions on the fly, ensuring that you’re always capturing high-quality images.
